  • Consumer Agreement
  • GIFT CERTIFICATES: No discounts may be applied to the purchase of gift certificates. Gift certificates can not be applied towards tax or shipping.
    If a gift certificate is not used in it's entirety, the balance will be credited towards the same gift certificate code.
    Promotional gift certificates must be used in their entirety or the balance will be forfeited.
    Gift certificates may never be redeemed for cash or credit. Items paid for with a gift certificate and returned will be given store credit.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Punk Baby® Clothing ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and Canada through PunkBabyClothing.com. If are interested in having an order shipped internationally, please contact us to figure out shipping and order total. Once payment has cleared through PayPal, items will be shipped, unless item is on backorder, at which point, the item will be shipped as soon as it is available. Please allow an extra week for some custom made and handmade items. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping rates are based on weight and will ship using USPS first class mail, up to 12 ozs. Everything over 12 ozs (approximately 3 shirts) will be shipped USPS priority mail, which takes 2-4 days. Orders ship after payment has cleared. Contact us for any other questions regarding shipping. COUPONS may be entered prior to confiming your order. There is a COUPON box in the upper left of the checkout screen, please add code and click on "APPLY COUPON." Your total will be updated.

  • PunkBabyClothing.com charges sales tax for all orders billed to locations in California at the state rate of 8.25%


  • Return Policy
  • Please check orders immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 5 business days. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it or issue store credit. Item may be returned or exchanged if: 1. Item is in it's original condition. Item cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been washed or worn and it has not been more than 5 days from receipt of item. 2. Item must be shipped back for return or exchange within five days of receipt. Customer must pay for return shipment of item; costs of shipping are non-refundable. 3. Punk Baby does not reimburse the cost of shipping for exchanged or returned items, unless the return was due to a Punk Baby error.
